WHAT OUR PEOPLE SAY
As a mother with young children, I appreciate the flexibility that I get working at UBCO. I'm able to put my family first or work from home when I need to and know they'll have my back. There's a lot of give and take.
I love how varied and exciting every day is. It's great working on a product that's so full of innovation and with plenty of scope for further development. Everyone made me feel welcome moving up to Tauranga. Feels like family. (plus Tauranga is much warmer than Wellington).
I started at UBCO back in 2017 when it was a small start-up. I'm so proud of what we have achieved as a team, and excited about where we are heading as there's so much potential. Contributing to a Kiwi company that is part of the global solution for more sustainable and fun transport inspires me everyday.
Design permeates all parts of the business – across product, packaging, brand, and culture.
We are unconventional, open, humorous, collaborative, & genuine.
- • We value transparency, honesty and reliability
- • We embrace sustainability
- • We design for the individual customer experience
- We’re steadily building a multi-disciplinary international team with a diverse range of cultures, ethnicities, genders, and interests. We empower our team to find the right questions, gather insights, work together, unlock creativity, and have fun along the way.
