UBCO enters into receivership

On 17 January 2025, Stephen Keen and David Ruscoe from Grant Thornton New Zealand Limited were appointed receivers and managers of UBCO Limited and UBCO Holdings Limited.

The Receivers have ceased to trade the business of the Companies and all expressions of interest in the business and assets should be directed to the receivers.

All UBCO Dealers are directed to their usual UBCO B2B portal for all parts enquiries, with the receivers endeavouring to continue parts supply while a sale process is undertaken.
